    test cycles

    been looking at some test cycles possibly with dianabolos, what do you guy think for me to get big and stay lean? diet is high protein high calories.

    it's a good stack for bulking but make sure your protein is weight x 2 minimum so if you're 200lbs you need 400grams protein/day and you lifting VERY heavy
