    Dianabolos cycle

    alright started my dianabolos 8 week cycle, split between morning and before training
    calories 5000/day
    protein 300grams/day

    how much carbs and should i train how?

    If you're bulking keep carbs about the same as protein, you'll get a little puffy but that's ok. Training stick to 4 days per week heavy training with big movements.
