    starting clen cycle, wanted to know until what time can I take it?

    you can take until 6pm, not later or hard to sleep
    i take morning and before training
    My Stats:
    5'9
    250lbs - competition weight
    280lbs - offseason
    5% bodyfat
    17 years training
