today was my day off nothing to report
but last night I did 1 hour cardio before bed
very nice, you really hitting the cardio hard, hows your diet going?

diet is good I am doing under 20grams carbs per day, keeping protein high fat medium, so far lost about 5lbs feeling great and lean
today great cardio session starting to see my abs did 1 hour in morning on stationary bike, even did sprint intervalsi feel great
Did some heavy lifting today but was hard with 0 carbs, doing bench, squat, deadlifts, feeling great but not as strong as I thought though as I dropped a good amount of bodyfat. Still stronger then when started.

It's hard to lift heavy but the cycle helps, I feel good when cycling and lifting heavy.
A little update, I'm fitting in my old pants now, about 1 size smaller already! I was between sizes and this makes me feel great.
Cardio: perfect, good energy
Diet: low carb, feeling great
Training: really working hard![]()
