    Lightbulb GS Labs Anavar and Clenbuterol log

    Starting my clen and anavar log today.

    Stats: 5'11, 256lbs, about 27% bodyfat (yes heavy)

    Cardio
    morning 45min empty stomach
    after workout 45minutes

    training
    monday squat/bench press/deadlift
    wed leg press/bicep curls/bench press
    friday abs/military press
    saturday circuit training

    wish me luck

    doing low carb diet, under 20carbs per day

    256lbs, you need at least 250grams of protein/day

    started today, did 1 hour on the treadmill in the morning, empty stomach (just back home), woke up early 5am and pushed myself, feel really good!

    workout was good at night but was tired after work but pushed it
    30min heavy lifting followed by 45min on stationary bike
    went home feel good

    today did cardio in morning and at night, 1hour each on stationary bike (kind of boring) no training though
