I ended up taking 1 tab before cardio and 1 after, I feel so tight and hard right now. Awesome cardio.
A bit of an update, for sure 2 sizes off my belt, I feel much better. Cardio is improved, i got up stairs without losing breath now haha
Did a good workout session today, great and heavy today...bench press, deads and squats 8 sets.

Starting to really have my abs come out, I feel great. Cardio was good in the morning about 1 hour again on treadmill, it's getting easier and easier guys.![]()
Ok update, update on my belt, about 2-3 sizes down, not sure how much because just pants falling.
Today in morning 1 hour cardio, 1 hour training, afternoon did 4 sets of squats, 2 sets bench and 30min of stationary bike. I'm crazy strong now!
