    Red face leg training

    My lags are lagging behind, pun haha, can you guys recommend a good exercise to push my legs?

    check this out

    Squats, deadlifts and leg press are your best options.
    My Stats:
    250lbs - competition weight
    280lbs - offseason
    5% bodyfat
    17 years training
