    Post Diet tips to shed bodyfat

    Since I am off-season now, I wanted to help guys who are trying to get lean.

    This is the easiest cutting diet for guys to follow:
    40% protein
    40% fat
    20% carbs

    Calories: Weight x 11 = cutting BMR = calories you need to eat to lose bodyfat

    40% of that will be protein, 40% fat and 20% carbs
    My Stats:
    5'9
    250lbs - competition weight
    280lbs - offseason
    5% bodyfat
    17 years training

    But I don't understand how do I figure out the % of each?
