Not knowing more about you. I would suggest low carb high protein.
50 % protein, 40% fat, 10 % carbs
Take your weight x 11 = daily calories
if you're 200lbs x 11 = 2200 daily calories
50% protein = 1100 calories / 4 (4cal/gram of protein) = 275 grams protein/day
40% fat = 880 calories / 9 (9cal/gram of fat) = 98 grams fat/day
10% carbs = 220 calories / 4 (4cal/gram of carbs) = 55 grams carbs/day
