    Thinking of cycling

    I'm thinking of doing a dianabolos cycle, looking to gain some mass. I am 5'11, 157 lbs right now, very skinny. Any cycle suggestions?

    You a skinny brotha, but you can get good gains.

    2 grams of protein per lb of weight
    2 grams of carbs per lb of weight
    1 gram of fat per lb of weight

    combine:
    Dianabolos + Anadroll x 8 week cycle
    My Stats:
    5'9
    250lbs - competition weight
    280lbs - offseason
    5% bodyfat
    17 years training

    Take your weight in lbs x 20 = how many calories you need to bulk up.
