    Winstroll log is starting. My stats fairly simple: 5'10, 172lbs., 9% bodyfat
    Starting an 8 week winstroll cycle.

    Update:

    Body-Weight Squat x 50 reps x 4 sets
    Body-Weight Lunge x 50 reps x 4 sets (25 per leg)
    Body-Weight Split Jump x 20 reps x 4 sets
    Body-Weight Jump Squat x 10 reps x 4 sets

    I got tired towards the end, but really working hard to my legs. I feel really good, winstroll really giving me energy.

    Update:
    Flat Bench Press x 50 reps x 4 sets
    Incline Bench Press x 50 reps x 4 sets
    Decline Bench Press x 50 reps x 4 sets

    I am doing a very high rep workout.

    Monday:
    Stationary bike 45mins - before training
    Bench Press
    Deadlifts
    Elliptical machine 30mins - after training

    Tuesday:
    Treadmill walking 1 hour - before training
    Bent over rows
    Squats
    Stationary bike 45mins - after training

    Wed:
    Stationary bike 1 hour - morning empty stomach

    Thur:
    Stationary bike 1 hour - morning empty stomach

    Friday:
    Circuit training - full body - 2 hour workout
    *25 reps per bodypart all bodyparts


    Sat-Sunday: OFF

    Right now, I've been busy so I am just doing cardio, stationary bike, with bench and squat. Basically, 3 things x 3 times per week. I am able to do all of it in 30minutes.

    I feel great and have leaned out a lot.

    Last week had a great week, 5 days per week I did 1 hour cardio and my abs look very tight and lean.
    Mon-Wed eliptical 1hr
    Thur-fri stationary bike 1hr 3min

    Been hitting the cardio heavy, up to 2 hours per day. Staying low carb and still on my winstroll cycle, I feel great. So far I have almost all my abs out.

    right now so far 5% drop in my bodyfat, my abs are really coming out
