    Cool [GS Labs]Anvar 10 Log

    I ran a cycle of winny from GS Labs and now I'm doing an anvar cycle. Starting my anavar log today, will update every few days.

    Here is what I look like after an 8 week cycle of winny.

    Today Update:

    Workout:
    Flat Bench Press - 225lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets
    Chest flyes (dumbells) - 40lbs x 16 reps x 4 sets
    Incline Bench Press - 180 lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets
    Decline Bench Press - 225lbs lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets (tired already)

    Abs:
    Leg lifts/Crunches

    Cardio:
    Stationary bike:
    30 minutes before workout
    30 minutes after workout
    I love training.

    Today Update:

    Cardio:
    Stationary bike:
    45 minutes in morning empty stomach (drove to the gym)
    45 minutes in the evening after work

    I do stationary bike as I find it's easy on my knees than running. I do a regular pace and play on my ipad.

    I do cardio daily 6 days per week.

    This week Update:

    Cardio:
    Stationary bike:
    45 minutes in morning empty stomach (drove to the gym)
    45 minutes in the evening after work

    Training:
    45 minutes Chest/Back
    45 minutes Shoulders/Bis/Tris
    15 minutes Abs

    After training took my anavar and 100 grams of whey protein and 30grams of glutamine and 20 grams of creatine.
    I love training.

    Update, I'm getting a lot leaner and harder, I feel AWESOME!

    Stationary bike:
    30 minutes in morning empty stomach (drove to the gym)

    Training:

    45 minutes Chest/Back/Shoulders/Bis/Tris full body
    15 minutes Abs
    I love training.
