    I started to increase my cardio by about 10% and I feel great.

    Doing legs/back -- chest/arms. Not doing legs now, keeping proportion. I'm MUCH leaner now, WOW!

    My abs are even coming out more, I'm more and more dry guys. so far my cardio is up, abs are showing more. Increase my cardio to 2 times per day! feeling great.

    just an update

    cardio
    morning empty stomach (after anavar)
    1 hour treadmill (slow fat burning up incline, speed 3.0), watch my favorite shows lol

    training around 6pm
    big bodyparts, chest/back/legs/abs/arms

    post training
    1 hour of the same cardio as AM

    Update, I'm even leaner now, keeping up with 2 hours of cardio daily, carbs are under 30-40grams per day

    After anavar I have been feeling my abs are coming in more. I do agree with guys who say anavar is more of a fat loss drug. I am getting stronger but more leaner than bigger. Very lean way to gain mass. So far, I am VERY happy with anavar.

    Update for everyone:
    My g/f started really commenting on my look. I have been doing cardio, training and my anavar and the results are nothing short of amazing. My abs have come out and I feel great.

    I took about 2 weeks off between cycles and now starting a new cycle soon. had some good cheat days with bacon, cake etc. haha
    I love training.

    what are you thinking of running next? and I would take at least 4 weeks off between cycles.
