Lifts are up more, my diet up to 5600 calories per day with 60% protein.
Doing heavy lifts heavier than ever! feel great and pumped
anadrollic has been great, I am getting bigger and more mass and my lifts are really up
My lifting is really heavy now. I started listening to Sam, increased my bench already 30-40% from starting anadrol. I feel great :)
I am at 4800-5600 calories now and growing well.
Increased my calories, now at 4500 per day. I feel much stronger with the anadrollic. Awesome!!!
Doing a very clean diet, 4000 calories per day, 60% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Doing the big 4 exercises like Sam said, bench press, squat, dead lifts, and rows, with light cardio.
I am about a week into my cycle. Just talked to Karl, he was telling me I don't eat enough (still :( ) and my training is still not heavy enough. I'm going to just do the 4 exercises I saw Sam post...
I just got 2 bottles of anadrollic, going to start an 8 week cycle.
I'm a VERY skinny guy (yes I know kind of a shame), so I really want to bulk up. NO MATTER WHAT I EAT i cannot gain mass :( but...
