Female Cutting Cycle
Hi gals,
I decided to put together a beginner cutting steroid cycle for females (women in general) that you can use. I'm currently doing some modeling and I'm a personal trainer and nutritionist full time (I have over 70 clients monthly). Here's my selfie:
For women, I suggest you use something very light, like anavar and clenbuterol. Though, I suggest longer cycles, around 8 weeks but keep it light.
What products will you need?

What kind of diet?
I suggest you stay balanced, take your weight x 11 = your calories daily. So, if you're 140lbs, that's 1540 calories daily (140x11). Take in 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs. High quality fats are needed like omega 3 fats and you need daily fiber (psyllium husk fiber). You should also add daily probiotics and a protein shake after every workout.
What kind of training?
Cardio in the morning empty stomach, 30 minutes, 3 days/week.
Weight training, 4 days per week, go heavy to build muscle not just light weights which do nothing.
Rest?
At least rest 3 days per week as women tend to over train.
Are steroids right for me?
Steroids are not a joke, if you run a cycle make sure you have everything dialed in first.
